Last night at work there were some repair men trying to fix the dishwasher. Great and good -- working appliances are always nice, yes? Well, I had to get something out of the pantry that was right across from where they were working, so I flung open the door. However, my foot was in the way, so the door bounced back off my foot and whacked me in the face.
The repair men turned around just at the wrong moment and saw it all. One of them asked me if it'd been like that all day for me, and I scowled at him and said, "NO" in my most surly voice. I think he approved.
