Who is in charge of the grocery shopping here?

What's the best thing about summer? Yes, the fresh fruit. Also there's no school, but mainly the fresh fruit. Since this should be very obviously apparent to everyone, then why, may I ask, is there ZERO fresh fruit in my house?!
